To start offering your services, simply:

1. Create a TriPlace account.
2. Complete your profile and describe your travel experience.
3. Verify your identity and payout account through Stripe.
4. Create at least one travel offer.
5. Set your profile to Active.

Once you've completed these steps, your profile will be visible to travelers, who can start placing orders for your services.

You can join TriPlace either as a private individual or as a business owner. The payment and tax process depends on the type of cooperation you choose and is described in our Terms & Conditions.

As a Travel Architect, your role is to create personalized travel plans based on your own experience.

You don't meet travelers in person, guide them around the destination, or travel with them.

You can recommend flights, accommodations, restaurants, attractions, and include booking links, but all reservations are made by the traveler. They always make the final decisions about their trip.

After purchasing a travel plan, travelers can contact you through the built-in chat to ask follow-up questions or request clarification about their itinerary.

The content of your travel plan depends on the package you've created. It may include:

• a day-by-day itinerary,
• recommended restaurants and cafés,
• hidden gems and lesser-known places,
• practical travel tips,
• transportation recommendations,
• booking links,
• a custom map with recommended locations.

Your travel plan should be based primarily on your own experience and help travelers create a trip that perfectly matches their needs.

When you receive an order, you'll first review the traveler's request and decide whether you're able to prepare a travel plan that meets their expectations.

Once you accept the order, you begin working on the itinerary and deliver it within the timeframe specified in your offer.

If you believe you're not the right person for the request or the traveler's expectations cannot realistically be met (for example, due to their budget), you can simply decline the order.

If you need additional information after accepting the order, you can contact the traveler through the built-in chat. The better you understand their expectations, the better you can personalize their trip.

You decide how much to charge for your services. When setting your prices, consider the scope of your travel plan, the time required to prepare it, and your knowledge and experience with the destination.

Once a traveler pays for an order, the payment is securely held until the service is completed.

After you've delivered the travel plan, your earnings are released once the traveler accepts the order or automatically 24 hours after delivery if no issues are reported.

TriPlace charges a commission on each completed order, and the remaining amount is paid to you.

Payouts are processed once a month and sent to the bank account you verified during registration. Full details about commissions and payouts can be found in our Terms & Conditions.
